I attended my first yoga class in 2013 and I fell, nearly instantly, in love with the practice. Soon, I was practicing 5 to 6 times a week. I loved the movement of the asanas, the feeling of being present and accountable to myself and the stress relief that comes after devoting time to my practice and myself.

In 2017, I decided I wanted to learn more about the history, practice and philosophy of yoga and pursued my 200-hour certification with Yoga to the People. After graduation, I decided to further my yoga education by pursuing my 500-hour certification and signed up for a 300-hour with Jenn Chiarelli from Anahata Sol. I graduated in May of 2018 and began teaching more regularly.

Over time, I’ve grown my practice, myself, and my love of yoga and it’s something that I love to share with others through my teaching. I specialize in power vinyasa flow, and I love challenging my students to find their own personal limit and the joy in having a consistent yoga practice.

Co-Lead Teacher Shawn Bradford

I started practicing yoga after I had 3 kids in 5 years while working in a stressful sales job because I desperately needed an antidote to my fast-paced life.

It took me awhile, but I eventually feel deeply in love with yoga for the space it gave me in my life to deepen my relationship with myself.

I received my 200-hour yoga training from Urban Yoga in 2016 and my 300 hour yoga training in 2018 from Anahata Soul.  I also hold a 100-hour yoga nidra certificate from Kamini Desai and a 100 hour meditation and visualization certificate from SWIHA.

My kids are all teenagers now and yoga has helped me to be a much better mom and has held my hand as I have built a business bringing wellness solutions to the corporate environment.

I love co-leading teacher training because it is such a joy to help and witness future yoga teachers discover their unique teaching gifts that they can bring into the world to make a big impact.
