2025 Meditation Circle to Bring Your Dreams to Life

First Sunday of Each Month: Meditation Circle (yoga nidra style) at 6 pm AZ time Third Sunday of Each Month:  Evidence-based workshop to Support Your Dream Growth at 6 pm AZ time **Meditations and Workshops will be recorded and in your meditation circle portal** Format:  5:45 pm Virtual Room opens up for community, dream sharing and discussion.  You will be encouraged to put your dream into our chat circle to share. 6 pm:  Recording starts for the meditation or workshop. 6:45 pm:  Recording stops and Q and A and discussion starts (always optional) 7:00 pm:  Conclusion and virtual room closes Also enjoy a library of over 50 customized yoga nidra meditations, mini meditations and self- growth workshops for everything you may need from sleeping better to building confidence to aligning your chakras (energy centers) to releasing unlimited beliefs.

1:1 Coaching Call (Zoom) with Shawn Bradford (60 minutes)

This is a 60 minute coaching call via zoom with Shawn Bradford to dive into any of the following:  Yoga Nidra Coaching, Life Coaching, Growing Your Yoga Business Coaching or Make up CE hours for Yoga Teachers.   During our session expect to be asked some tough questions to dig deeper.   You'll also be given homework to take action on your insights. Before you book, please reach out to me to request my availability as my schedule is currently very full. I look forward to working with you.

10 Hour Yoga Nidra Immersion with Shawn Bradford

In this rejuvenating in person yoga nidra weekend you will receive 4 nidra meditations from Shawn Bradford (2 full length & 2 mini's), learn the history of yoga nidra and explore the vast healing benefits and applications for yoga nidra backed by research.  A 20 page manual is included with your course investment which includes templates and prompts to write your own nidra meditations. Learning to customize your yoga nidra meditations will provide you with the tools for self-recording and self-healing through nidra.  Writing your own nidra meditations will also allow you to incorporate soothing guided nidras into your yoga classes to benefit your students, family and friends.  While yoga teachers will earn 10 CE's with Yoga Alliance all are welcome to this nidra experience (practitioner and teacher alike). You'll conclude your yoga nidra immersion weekend by giving a nidra to a classmate and receiving a nidra from a classmate. You'll leave this experience embodying nidra at a deeper level with the tools and confidence to design and give your own yoga nidra meditations.
